What Can I Expect From A Group Training Session:
6 people max, 60 minute sessions
It's about YOU not 30+ people in a crowded class, I don't believe in following a one size fits all format

Workouts are designed using a well-thought out strategy which includes functional fitness circuits, compound exercises, strength training,
cardio, interval training, plyometrics, power, agility, stability, mobiliy & balance. A few of our tools include: TRX, Bosu, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Weights,
Med Balls, Rebounder, Treadmill and moreMonthly Newsletter with recipes, fitness tips, nutritional tips and behavior coaching

Payment Options:
Single Session = $50 pay as you train (come and go as your schedule allows)
